How to return an item to No1. Boutique
We're here to help you find the perfect outfit for any occasion. If you need to return or swap a garment or item we'll find a solution for you.
We request for all returns to be received by our store within 14 days of your delivery date.
Exchanging sizes: If the size you’ve chosen is incorrect and we have the size you're after on our online store available, the customer is required to pay for the return of the item to the address below. No 1. Boutique will then cover the shipping back to the customer's location, using a standard shipping service (3-5 days) through Australia post.
1. Fill out the returns form enclosed in your parcel. Place your items you‘re returning into the parcel and seal it up securely!
2. Take the parcel to your local post office or courier service of your choice and send it to the address below. We recommend using a tracked service for added security as we cannot process your return until it's been delivered to our store.
3. Once your return has been delivered to our store and processed through our returns department, we will issue you a credit note via email which is valid for 1 month or ship you

Return & Exchange Policy
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, No1 Boutique is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, or change your mind. This includes payments made with OxiPay.
If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer to repair or replace it where available. If we cannot repair or replace the style, we will offer an online credit note or refund. All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at No1 Boutique's discretion.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges due to the fast turn over of product. We recommend using your Online Credit Note to purchase an alternative size or product.
Credit Notes are valid for 1 month from the date you receive it. You will be provided with an Online Credit Note less the cost of any postage you paid when placing your order (if postage was applicable).
Processing of Returns
We aim to process all returns within 2-5 business days of receiving your return. Upon completion, an email will be sent to you with your online credit note/e-gift card for you to use.
During sale periods and public holidays, we ask to allow for an extra 1-2 business days for the returns process.
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us (we recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number).
